  • Lemon Delight
    Made with organic ingredients, our famous lemon cake is perfect for any holiday or special occasion.  Loaded and soaked with freshly squeezed lemon juice, hand-grated lemon zest, and our special ingredient -premium French orange liqueur, the cake is delightfully moist and delicious.  One slice of Carla’s most famous cake is never enough.  Serves 12-15

    Strawberry ShortcakeStrawberry Shortcake
    Fresh organic strawberries and chantily (whipped) cream nestled in between two layers of vanilla cake.  Topped with more strawberries and chantily cream.  Decorated with fresh strawberries.

  • Raspberry Truffle Cake

    Made with premium organic chocolate, this one layer of dark chocolate cake, topped with a thick layer of dark chocolate truffle ganache.  The cake is finished with chocolate shavings and fresh organic raspberries.  Perfect for the chocolate lover.

  • L'Amore Cake

    Named after Carla's daughter, the lemon cake is filled with organic raspberry filling surrounded by white chocolate cream cheese frosting and finished off by white chocolate shavings. 

  • Orange Ginger Carrot Cake


    This carrot cake is made with fresh organic carrots, ginger, oranges, walnuts, and golden raisins, covered in a cream cheese frosting with orange zest.  Also available in cupcakes.

  • Passion


    In France, strawberries were considered an aphrodisiac.  Share these strawberries hand dipped in organic dark chocolate with     the love of your life, as a romantic tradition.  Great for parties.

  • Chocolate Truffles

    “Te Amo”
    Say I love you with this silky truffle, hand rolled in organic dark chocolate ganache and Grand Marnier, finishing the truffle with a premium cocoa powder. 

    “French Kiss”
    French inspired, organic dark chocolate ganache hand rolled and infused with champagne, orange juice, orange zest, and dusted with confectioners sugar. 

    “Goddess”
    The Goddess Hera was honored by the gift of pomegranates, representing marriage, birth, and abundance.  These organic dark chocolate hand rolled truffles are infused with Pomegranate juice, coated in chocolate, and topped with a fresh tangy pomegranite seed.  (Seasonal)
